FitSteps is a dance fitness class, created by the professional dancers Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe from the popular BBC TV series 'Strictly Come Dancing', together with Olympic swimmer Mark Foster who appeared on Strictly in 2008

FitSteps® is an energetic, up beat dance fitness class featuring all of your favourite strictly dances. It is designed to give real, measurable fitness results. It is suitable for all ages and abilities and you don’t need a partner.

Panache Dance Fitness

Panache Dance Fitness is a showbiz style, full body workout that is suitable for all dance and fitness levels. Showcasing fun and easy to follow specialised choreography. We use a wide selection of Dance styles: Swing, Jive, Salsa and musical theatre - just to name a few. 

Featuring iconic soundtracks from both Stage & Screen. This is your perfect chance to step into the spotlight, and have lot's of fun!

When you come to your first Panache Dance Fitness Rehearsal (class), your Dance Captain (Instructor) can show you and the other cast members, different variations of the moves, to suit your level of fitness. You can take the rehearsal at your own pace, or step it up and increase the intensity.

Fitsteps Chair

FitSteps Chair® has all the fun elements of FitSteps and FitSteps FAB but is chair based. Many people can benefit from a FitSteps Chair class, especially those who have been injured, have low mobility or are more senior in their years, who still want to have fun and feel like their dancing.

Chair exercises tone muscles, improve flexibility, improve cardiovascular fitness, burns calories and is scientifically proven to support mental wellbeing and cognitive function., who still want to have fun and feel like they're dancing. 

FitSteps® For All Bodies, ‘FAB’, is a dance fitness workout designed for people who love to dance, want to keep fit, but for a variety of reasons, prefer a lighter intensity, lower impact and perhaps a slower pace. FAB combines old style dance genres such as the Bossa Nova, Foxtrot to the Flamenco and Argentinian tango.

The workout combines sway and swing roots, making it great fun to do whether young or simply young at heart.
